HOLY FAMILY YEAR 2 'BE KIND TO YOUR MIND' DAY 3

We've enjoyed three lovely days of 'Be KIND to Your Mind' with our first group of Year 2 children from Holy Family Catholic Primary School. On their final day with us they had fun learning mindfulness techniques, made friendship bracelets, relaxed with some yoga and enjoyed freestyle activities!
